How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original UNUSED condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 90 days of your purchase. 

1. Please contact USG for a Return Goods Allowance (RGA)
2. Ship your returned item to the address on the RGA Paperwork.
3. Include in your package the RGA issued by USG.
4. Credit will be issued when items are received and verified to be in resalable condition
